Qualifications

• Proven track record in large-cap data centre, real estate or M&A deals.
• Experience across APAC, North America, or EMEA markets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution on large-cap data centre deals ($250M+).
• Coordinate deal leadership from mandate through closing.
• Manage client and investor communications throughout transactions.
• Oversee due diligence across technical, legal, environmental, and financial streams.
• Direct financial modelling and validation to industry standards.
