Job summary

Sumitomo Group in Singapore seeks an experienced APAC Data Hub Programme Lead to drive end-to-end delivery, aligning with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and enterprise standards. You will shape roadmaps, operating models, governance, and success metrics across data ingestion, management, analytics, reporting, data products, and AI initiatives, while coordinating with global teams.

The role requires stakeholder influence across APAC and Head Office and proven ability to manage

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, business, or related field.
15+ years leading large-scale technology/data/digital transformation programmes.
Proven track record delivering enterprise data platforms and analytics in multinational organisations.
Experience with global delivery teams and cross-border dependencies.
Banking/financial services or other regulated industries preferred.
Professional certifications in project/program management or data management are a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end APAC Data Hub Programme delivery aligning with objectives and enterprise standards.
Develop roadmaps, operating models, governance, and success metrics.
Manage budgets, timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, and vendors.
Coordinate data ingestion, management, analytics, reporting, data products, and AI initiatives.
Serve as primary liaison with Business, IT, EA, DMO, and global teams; drive governance forums.
