Job summary

UPS is seeking an APAC Data & Analytics Specialist in Singapore to support the Digital Intelligence team. You will build scalable analytics capabilities, develop the Single View of Customer, and enable reusable Power BI reporting and data models across Asia Pacific.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Marketing, Data Science, Information Systems, CS, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, marketing analytics, or related function.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI and Power Query, including data modeling and dashboard/report development.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases and data warehouses.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL/prep, data validation, and combining multiple data sources.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into scalable data models and analytical solutions for the APAC Single View of Customer.
• Integrate customer, shipment, revenue, product usage, and marketing data into reusable structures.
• Develop reusable Power BI semantic models, DAX measures, and reporting solutions.
• Improve data quality, refresh reliability, model performance, and documentation of ETL processes.
• Support migration of Access/spreadsheet-based analytics to scalable solutions.
