Job summary

VITOL Asia PTE LTD in Singapore seeks an experienced CTRM Team Lead to provide day-to-day direction, support staff development, and coordinate priorities across the Asia Pacific region. You will act as a relay with local business stakeholders, coach a high-performing team, and align CTRM processes with global teams to ensure high-quality, timely results in a fast-paced trading environment.

University degree and 10+ years CTRM experience (3–5 in leadership) are required; commodities trading

Qualifications

• 10+ years in CTRM or related business applications support.
• 3–5 years in team leadership or supervisory role.
• Experience in commodities trading is advantageous.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Ability to guide and develop a high-performing team.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
