Job summary

ONYX SG PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Senior Business Analyst to join their expanding team.

You will drive end-to-end delivery, focusing on the CTRM platform within commodity trading, translating business needs into robust system solutions, and leading reporting and analytics initiatives. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors, contributing to digital transformation efforts across regions and time zones.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or other relevant disciplines.
Minimum 6 years' experience in business analysis or digital transformation within the commodity trading industry.
Strong understanding of CTRM platforms and the physical commodity trading lifecycle.
Proficiency in analytics and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL, etc) to support business decision-making.
Proven experience in managing end-to-end projects, from scope definition and requirements gathering to testing, deployment, and change adoption.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across business and technology teams.
Willingness to travel for business and work across multiple regions and time zones.
