Job summary

Onyx Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Digital Transformation Manager (Commodity Trading – CTRM) to lead digital initiatives and CTRM projects across the regional trading operations. You will report to the General Manager and collaborate with senior leadership to implement, enhance and support the CTRM platform, delivering technology solutions that enable growth and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in digital transformation within commodity trading, strong CTRM knowledge,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or equivalent.
6+ years in digital transformation with CTRM and physical trading lifecycle.
Working knowledge of Power BI and SQL.
Strong communication skills to liaise with vendors and stakeholders.
Proven leadership experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead CTRM projects and drive CTRM-related initiatives.
Oversee implementation, enhancement and support of the CTRM platform.
Partner with business stakeholders to deliver technology solutions.
Collaborate with senior leadership to shape digital transformation across regional trading operations.
