Job summary

The Singapore Tourism Board (STB) Cruise Division is seeking a driven professional to grow Singapore’s cruise tourism. You will lead regional collaborations, attract global cruise lines, and drive itinerary development to position Singapore as a premier homeport.

You will work with government agencies, port operators, and industry groups, translating macro trends into concrete programmes while managing multiple partnerships in a fast-paced public-sector environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of work experience in partnerships, project management or tourism-related fields.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and analytical skills.
• Ability to build and manage relationships with regional stakeholders including government agencies and private sector partners.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task to deliver outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Regional Collaborations – enhance Southeast Asia’s cruise attractiveness and develop new itineraries.
• Cruise Partnerships – promote Singapore as the leading homeport and lead stakeholder collaborations.
• Eco-system assessment – identify gaps and work with partners to improve Singapore's cruise ecosystem.
