Job summary

Google LLC is seeking a senior Corporate Development professional to identify, evaluate, and negotiate acquisition and strategic investment opportunities across APAC. You will work with Product, Legal, Finance and People Operations to provide leadership with rigorous analysis and sound judgment.

The role emphasizes cross-border deal experience, strong financial modeling, and collaboration with global teams to drive Google's growth in existing and future markets across the APAC region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of corporate development, VC, PE or investment banking in technology.
• 5 years of deal experience.
• Experience leading and negotiating M&A or investments.
• Experience building financial models and valuing companies.

Responsibilities

• Build connections with regional investor and startup ecosystems, interfacing with product and engineering teams.
• Identify, evaluate, and value acquisition and strategic investment opportunities in APAC.
• Drive decisions, lead negotiations, and manage post-acquisition integration.
• Serve as a board member or observer on regional investments.
• Collaborate with the Deal team in Mountain View and globally.
