Tenable, the global leader in Exposure Management, seeks a Corporate Counsel for APAC & Japan to join its Singapore team. The role blends commercial contracts, licensing, and regulatory advice across sales and product groups, requiring 3–5 PQE and fluency in English and Mandarin.

As in-house counsel, you will handle complex enterprise deals, bid responses, and governance tasks while aligning legal risk with business goals in a fast-paced tech environment.

Competenze

• Qualified lawyer with admission to the bar in Singapore or another common law jurisdiction.
• 3–5 years PQE at a reputable law firm or in-house legal department.
• Professional fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
• Experience in technology, SaaS, or cybersecurity is highly advantageous.

Mansioni

• Contract negotiation and commercial operations across a range of agreements.
• Pre-contract and bid management, including risk assessments and term exceptions.
• Monitor regulatory changes and advise on compliance needs.
• Provide strategic, risk-weighted legal advice to Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Product teams.
• Support entity management and board secretarial duties for AP&J entities.

Formazione

Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or Juris Doctor (J.D.)
