Job summary

AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Corporate Actions specialist to process APAC income and events with emphasis on Equity-Linked Notes (ELNs). The role requires accurate data entry and timely processing of all incomes and corporate events.

You will gather event information from depositories, issuers, and paying agents, execute client instructions, reconcile cash/securities, and respond to client inquiries while maintaining high service quality and controlling risk.

Responsibilities

• Processing of Corporate Actions income and events for APAC region.
• Timely and accurate data entry for processing of all Incomes/Corporate events.
• Process corporate actions with a focus on Equity-Linked Notes (ELNs)
• Gather and validate event information from depositories, issuers, and paying agents
• Execute and monitor inbound/outbound client instructions within deadlines
• Process redemption proceeds and ensure accurate cash/securities settlement
• Reconcile discrepancies and resolve breaks in a timely manner
• Liaise with external counterparties for event clarification and reconciliation
• Respond to client queries via email, phone, and case management systems
• Ensure high service quality while minimizing operational risk
• Support additional tasks related to Corporate Actions as required
