Qualifikationen

• Experience within Asset Servicing, Corporate Actions, Securities Operations, or Middle Office functions.
• Knowledge of APAC equity and fixed income markets.
• Understanding of broker-dealer operations and operational risks.
• Familiarity with SWIFT messages and custodian bank communications.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience improving processes and operational workflows.

Aufgaben

• Processing voluntary and mandatory corporate action and income events across APAC markets
• Creating and maintaining asset servicing events within internal operating platforms
• Managing entitlement distributions for equity and fixed income securities
• Reconciling cash and stock positions to ensure accurate client outcomes
• Supporting internal stakeholders including trading desks, securities financing teams, and brokerage partners
• Interpreting market notifications and corporate action announcements received from custodians and market infrastructures
• Identifying operational risks and driving process improvements to enhance controls and efficiency
