Job summary

AIR ENERGI GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Contract Specialist/Manager to prepare, review, and manage employment, contractor, client, and vendor contracts across the APAC region.

You will partner with Recruitment, Sales, Finance, HR, and Legal to ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely execution across diverse markets. The role requires strong contract knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent stakeholder management, with experience supporting multiple APAC countries and familiarity

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in contract administration, legal operations, recruitment operations, or workforce solutions.
• Experience supporting multiple APAC countries.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of employment and contractor engagement practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and administer client, contractor, employment, and vendor agreements.
• Ensure compliance with local employment and regulatory requirements across APAC markets.
• Manage contract renewals, amendments, and terminations.
• Maintain accurate contract records and documentation.
• Serve as the primary contact for contract-related queries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify contractual risks and escape issues where required.
• Support process improvements and contract lifecycle management initiatives.
• Collaborate with recruitment and onboarding teams to ensure smooth contractor engagement.
