Job summary

SCHENKER (ASIA PACIFIC) PTE LTD is seeking a capable administrator to bolster Contract Logistics teams across Asia Pacific. You will provide business and administrative support, coordinate regional activities and help prepare reports and insights.

The role focuses on budgeting support, process improvements, and acting as a liaison between regional and local teams to ensure timely completion of initiatives and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide business and administrative support to Contract Logistics teams across Asia Pacific.
• Coordinate regional activities, meetings, projects and business initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, business data and management information.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, invoicing and other business administration activities where required.
• Coordinate with country and functional teams to ensure timely completion of business requirements.
• Monitor and follow up on key actions, deadlines and deliverables.
• Support process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation and business information.
• Assist with the implementation of regional processes, systems and tools.
• Prepare analysis and provide insights to support business decision-making.
• Act as a key point of contact between regional and local teams to facilitate effective communication and coordination.
• Support ad hoc projects and initiatives assigned by the Contract Logistics leadership
