Job summary

Maersk Contract Logistics seeks a Regional Head of HR for Asia Pacific to lead the people function across markets. The role partners with regional leaders to drive performance, capability building and operational excellence in a complex logistics context.

The successful candidate will manage an ~120-person HR team, shape capability, succession and employee experience while navigating multi-country labour relations and regulatory requirements. Singapore-based with regional scope.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior HR leadership experience across Asia Pacific.
• Experience supporting large, geographically dispersed workforces.
• Proven track record partnering executive and regional leadership teams.
• Expertise in organisational design, workforce planning, talent management and succession planning.
• Experience leading employee and labour relations programmes in multi-country environments.
• Proven leadership of large distributed HR organisations.
• Experience delivering organisational transformation and change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the regional people strategy aligned to growth ambitions.
• Partner with regional leadership to drive organisational performance and capability.
• Lead HR operations and governance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Oversee succession planning, leadership development and culture improvement.
• Ensure compliant, end-to-end HR delivery and reporting across markets.
