Job summary

Google LLC is seeking a Content Partner Engineer for YouTube (Japanese, English) to work with APAC partners, including Japan, to optimize integrations and drive new opportunities across video technologies and APIs. The role demands a Bachelor’s in engineering or CS, 3 years coding in Java/C++/Python and SQL, plus web tech experience and fluency in Japanese and English for regional collaboration.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, or related field.
3 years of experience coding in Java, C/C++, Python and SQL.
Experience troubleshooting technical issues for partners or customers.
Fluent in Japanese and English for regional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Serve as the technical expert with Business Development to negotiate agreements and ensure successful integrations across APAC, including Japan.
Identify and optimize new business opportunities by prototyping and reviewing solutions leveraging YouTube technologies.
Incubate product solutions and advocate for feature requests and internal tools to resolve complex partner challenges.
Translate partner feedback into actionable product improvements with Engineering and Product teams.
Apply project management and data analysis to derive business insights and explore AI use cases.
