Job summary

Illumina Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Director, Commercial Finance, APAC to be the primary finance partner to the APAC Head of Region and general managers. You will provide strategic leadership, financial analysis, and governance to drive growth, profitability, and value creation.

As a member of the APAC Leadership Team and Global Commercial Finance group, you will shape regional priorities, oversee planning, budgeting, and investment decisions in a matrixed, multi‑country environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of finance leadership experience in multinational organizations.
• Experience partnering with senior commercial leaders to drive performance.
• APAC regional experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to APAC Head of Region and General Managers.
• Influence strategy with data-driven insights and financial analysis.
• Lead planning, forecasting, and performance management for APAC commercial.
• Collaborate with Global Commercial Finance to shape priorities and capabilities.
