Illumina is seeking a Senior Director of Commercial Finance for APAC to lead strategic finance, partner with APAC leadership, and steer planning and capital allocation across multiple markets. The role sits on the APAC Leadership Team and the Global Commercial Finance Leadership Team, guiding governance and performance across a diverse portfolio.

The candidate will drive growth, profitability, and value creation while championing business partnership, risk management, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in multinational organizations.
• Proven track record partnering with senior commercial leaders to drive business performance.
• Experience leading finance teams in complex, matrixed, multi-country environments.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Partnership and Leadership: serve as trusted advisor to APAC leaders and influence strategy with data-driven insights.
• Financial Planning, Analysis & Decision Support: lead planning, forecasting and performance management for the APAC Commercial organization.
• Regional & Team Leadership: contribute to APAC Commercial Leadership Team and Global Commercial Finance Leadership Team, lead and develop the APAC finance team.
• Governance, Risk Management & Continuous Improvement: ensure strong financial controls, governance and compliance.
