Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT/CS or relevant qualifications.
• 2–4 years of experience in Cloud Data Centre environments.
• Knowledge of Neo Cloud services is an added advantage.
• Fluent English; Mandarin is helpful for liaising with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Pre-Sales Technical Engagement as the primary technical contact for inbound inquiries.
• Lead technical onboarding and post-sales support for enterprise customers.
• Collaborate with BD, Sales, and Engineering to address technical requirements and architecture.
• Document common issues and provide technical guidance to improve customer experience.
