Job summary

Google is seeking a Customer Engineering Manager in Singapore to lead a team delivering trusted technical guidance for workload migrations to Google Cloud. You will partner with sales, product, and engineering to resolve complex customer challenges and accelerate cloud adoption across APAC.

You will oversee regional data management strategy, influence roadmaps, and drive cross-functional performance to meet business goals. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
• 5 years of experience in pre-sales management or a people management role in a technical team.
• Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently with APAC clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Customer Engineering team in a matrixed organization to drive cloud transformation outcomes.
• Define regional data management direction and foster cross-functional technical collaboration.
• Influence product roadmaps and incubate new technology based on customer needs.
• Engage strategic customers and plan engagements with cross-functional peers.
