Job summary

SpaceXAI in Singapore is seeking an experienced Client Account Manager to grow revenue with advertisers and agencies across Greater China and the APAC region. You will become a SpaceXAI expert, educating clients on ad products and optimizing campaigns.

The role emphasizes hands-on delivery, strong communication, ability to manage large relationships, and willingness to travel across APAC.

Qualifications

Fluent in English and Mandarin for daily work with Greater China clients and internal stakeholders.
3+ years managing digital marketing programs for advertisers or agencies.
Ability to interpret performance data and optimize campaigns.
Strong communication, presentation, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Educate and consult on advertising products, best practices, and campaign design.
Execute, optimize, and analyze campaigns using internal tools and dashboards.
Monitor revenue and pace client campaigns against targets.
Partner with the Client Partner on retention, pitch support, and performance reporting.
Resolve campaign issues quickly and improve processes behind them.
Feed product and tools teams so the ads platform can scale.
Maintain the book and a high-quality client and agency experience.
Mentor new team members as the organization grows.
