Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in project logistics, chartering, vessel procurement, or related sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead chartering and procurement activities for project logistics opportunities across Asia Pacific.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vessel owners, shipbrokers, carriers, and logistics providers.
• Manage supplier selection, onboarding, performance and compliance processes.
• Maintain a robust supplier network to support project logistics requirements across the region.
• Lead commercial negotiations on freight rates, charter agreements, and service contracts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop competitive logistics solutions.
• Support tenders and project opportunities with market intelligence and procurement expertise.
• Identify cost optimisation opportunities across suppliers, routes and transport solutions.
• Ensure adequate supplier and vessel capacity to support project execution.
• Monitor supplier performance against KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
