Job summary

AudioCodes is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to lead technical presales across the APAC region. You will collaborate with Sales, Channel Partners, and customers to design AI-powered CX solutions, deliver compelling demos, and drive PoCs through the sales cycle.

The role demands strong Microsoft Teams expertise and a passion for Conversational AI. In this customer-facing position, you will shape technical strategies, build demo environments, and enable partners to deploy Voca CIC

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solutions Engineering, Presales, or Solution Architecture in CX/UC environments.
• Hands-on experience with CCaaS, UCaaS, and Microsoft Teams ecosystem.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional technical leadership for AudioCodes Voca CIC in APAC.
• Deliver demonstrations, run PoCs and enable partners.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering for feedback.
• Develop reusable demos and technical playbooks.
• Support sales cycles with architecture workshops.
