Job summary

3Degrees is seeking a Project Manager to support APAC carbon origination and robust MRV execution. You will lead early-stage diligence, feasibility, and on-site verification efforts across diverse project types, including waste, energy, and cookstove initiatives, aligning with Singapore’s carbon market needs.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of hands-on experience in carbon markets, project development, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of Article 6.2 bilateral frameworks, CORSIA, and major standards (Verra, Gold Standard).
• Experience drafting project documentation and supporting validation, verification, and registry processes.
• Commercial mindset with engineering/data analysis background.
• Proven ability to engage diverse stakeholders across markets.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel modelling and carbon calculation tools.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate carbon project opportunities across programs (Article 6.2, CORSIA).
• Lead feasibility studies and field-based MRV planning with partners and regulators.
• Draft Project Description Documents and support commercial structuring.
• Manage field visits, validate data, and ensure data quality for MRV.
• Establish scalable data-processing and project-tracking across APAC pipeline.
