Growth For Impact is seeking a role focused on developing market entry strategy and intelligence across Southeast Asia and beyond. Job description

ROLE

• Develop market entry strategy and intelligence, supporting the Head of South East Asia and C‑suite in shaping compliance market pathways and country sequencing across Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia, Singapore, Japan and CORSIA; build and maintain dossiers for each target country covering regulatory landscape, Article6 architecture, LoA requirements, timelines to first compliance revenue and addressable market size.
• Support co‑founders and commercial team in establishing how Mitti credits qualify under CORSIA, Singapore’s international carbon credit framework, bilateral Implementation Agreements, and Japan’s JCM and GX‑ETS; attend compliance demand conferences and facilitate closed‑door meetings with buyers and intermediaries to understand demand and pricing.
• Track and anticipate regulatory, Article6 and methodology developments across the region, including JCM Joint Committees and the Article6.4 Supervisory Body; work with science and operations teams to keep the dMRV stack and ground operations aligned, provide commercial insight on pricing and contracting, and advocate for regulatory changes
