Job summary

Arcadis Global Asia PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Tool Install Design Lead for Singapore, supporting APAC and global semiconductor projects. You will collaborate with lead engineers, architects, and PMs to manage scope, schedules, and budgets, ensuring technical standards and quality controls across complex facilities.

Required are design lead and PM experience, client-facing skills, and CAD/BIM proficiency. ASEAN travel to client sites will be needed. Advanced degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field is required.
• Experience in client-facing roles within AEC is preferred.
• CAPM or PMP certification is a plus.
• Proficiency with CAD software (Revit/AutoCAD/BIM) and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with lead engineers, design team, and senior project managers to manage project scope, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate meetings, manage document control with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies, including RFI responses.
• Craft, implement, and manage detailed scope and project plans with technical specifications and quality control measures.
• Develop and manage technical frameworks to track progress, deliverables, mitigate risks, and address engineering challenges.
• Champion process improvements and engineer technical solutions to project-related issues.
• Review and approve client billings and assist with account collections when necessary.
