As we continue to scale, we seek an APAC FP&A Assistant Manager to join our HQ in Singapore. This role will play a key part in strengthening financial planning, reporting, and performance visibility across APAC markets while supporting strategic decision‑making.

Position Overview

The APAC FP&A Assistant Manager will support end-to-end financial planning and analysis processes, deliver actionable insights, and partner with regional stakeholders to monitor and improve business performance. This role will act as a key support for the Regional FP&A team and Regional Leadership, ensuring high-quality financial reporting, forecasting accuracy, and disciplined performance management.

Financial Planning & Forecasting

• Support regional budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Perform detailed variance analysis against plan, forecast, and prior periods
• Partner with country finance teams to consolidate forecasts
• Identify risks and opportunities to improve forecast accuracy

Reporting & Performance Management

• Prepare and maintain regional financial reports
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting aligned with business calendar
• Develop dashboards and KPIs
• Support business review materials for leadership

Business Partnering & Insights

• Support margin analysis and improvement initiatives
• Translate financial data into actionable insights

Projects & Process Improvement

• Support performance reporting and margin optimization initiatives
• Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes
• Participate in ad hoc analyses and projects

Requirements
