Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Associate for the APAC Anti-Corruption Compliance team based in Singapore.

You will support governance, policy development, advisory work, and training across APAC to strengthen the firm’s anti-corruption controls. You will manage pre-clearance for hospitality and third-party engagements, assist with risk assessments, and help drive continuous improvement through data analytics and AI-enabled tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, or Accountancy, or related discipline.
• 4+ years in Anti-Corruption Compliance or similar role.
• Knowledge of anti-corruption laws in US, HK, SG, UK.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience creating training materials and delivering sessions.
• Proficient with PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
• Able to use AI-enabled tools (Copilot) for insights.
• Analytical, planning, and decision-making abilities.
• Collaborates across business and control functions; works independently.

Responsibilities

• Support governance, policy development, advisory, and training for APAC Anti-Corruption.
• Manage pre-clearance requests for hospitality and third-party engagements.
• Provide guidance on Anti-Corruption matters to lines of business.
• Assist with corruption risk assessments and testing support.
• Support reviews of potential policy violations and enforcement.
• Deliver Anti-Corruption training and awareness programs.
• Partner with global and regional teams on strategic initiatives.
• Engage regional and global stakeholders across functions.
