Job summary

Liberty Specialty Markets Singapore Pte Limited is seeking a senior cybersecurity professional to own security operations, incident management, GRC, and AI-led automation across APAC markets. You will lead penetration testing, coordinate incident response with the global CSOC, and translate global standards into local procedures.

You will work with market CISOs and regulators (MAS, APRA, BNM, IRDAI) to implement AI governance, regulatory reporting, and risk scoring, while building AI/automation

Qualifications

• 7+ years combined experience across penetration testing, incident response, security operations, or GRC.
• Hands-on offensive security skills (web/API, network, privilege escalation, post-exploitation) with tools such as Burp Suite, Metasploit, Cobalt Strike, Nmap, BloodHound, and SIEM/SOAR/EDR platforms.
• Experience coordinating incidents end-to-end and building automation/workflows (SOAR, Python/PowerShell) in a regulated industry.
• Familiarity with APAC threat landscape and regulators (MAS, APRA, HKIA, BNM, NFRA, IRDAI) and control frameworks.
• Excellent executive/technical/regulator communication and stakeholder management across cultures.

Responsibilities

• Penetration testing & offensive security planning across web/API, mobile, cloud, and network environments; coordinate with CSOC and regulators.
• Incident response coordination across APAC with regulator timelines and post-incident reporting.
• Threat intelligence liaison between APAC markets and global CSOC; share region-specific intel.
• AI & security automation design using SOAR platforms, Python/PowerShell, and low-code tools; build AI dashboards and governance.
• Governance, risk & compliance: maintain local procedures per market against global baselines and track regulatory obligations.
• Stakeholder engagement and reporting on posture, incidents, automation ROI, and compliance status.
