Google Cloud is seeking an AI Sales Specialist to incubate, validate, and scale high-growth AI opportunities across the Asia-Pacific region. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in customer-facing sales, management consulting, agreement crafting, or commercial incubation within cloud computing, AI/ML, PaaS, or enterprise SaaS.
• Experience working with CEOs, founders, and engineering leaders to build business cases and guide commercial discussions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accountability for strategic business and consumption goals across incubated motions, collaborating with account teams to qualify opportunities, advance pipeline, and achieve regional growth goal.
• Act as a trusted commercial advisor to customer CEOs, founders, and engineering leaders, leading collaborative discussions to shape their AI roadmap and accelerate adoption on Google Cloud.
• Ingest market, ecosystem, and telemetry signals to spot nascent commercial opportunities before broad market demand matures.
• Develop and test innovative pricing models, customer value propositions, and agreement structures such as tokenomics capacity models, provisioned bundling, and customized consumption constructs.
• Lead commercial structuring and negotiation on key strategic deals to land the initial flagship wins that validate new motions in-market.
