Enterprise Singapore seeks a policy and international relations professional to support the APAC Chairmanship and drive strategic planning across the Asia-Pacific region. You will engage with accreditation partners and regional stakeholders to advance Singapore’s international standards agenda.

The role involves preparing briefs, managing multiple workstreams, and coordinating with APAC and Global ACI committees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Public Policy, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in international relations, policy development, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, or program management.
• Strong ability to analyse complex developments and translate them into clear strategic implications.
• Experience in preparing management briefs, policy papers, presentations and senior-level meeting materials.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-management skills across cultures and organisational boundaries.
• Good project-management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.

Responsabilités

• Drive the APAC Chairmanship/Strategic Plan Agendas, including governance duties and outcome shaping.
• Support planning and delivery of APAC and Global ACI engagements, including events, negotiations and exchanges.
• Prepare strategic briefs, talking points, meeting papers and presentations for APAC Chair engagements across APAC and Global ACI.
• Track developments and propose recommendations to APAC and Global ACI committees with timely follow-up.
• Monitor horizon scanning across APAC and Global ACI to brief leadership and inform responses.
• Identify opportunities for SAC officers to contribute to APAC committees and coordinate nominations.
• Coordinate and align efforts with broader division plans and establish workflows for timely discussions and decisions.
