Netflix Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Manager of Accounts Payable to lead the APAC AP team based in Singapore.

The role oversees invoice processing, payments, and process improvement while aligning with regional AP leaders to design a global, cross-regional coverage model. The focus is on compliance, risk reduction, and scalable processes across APAC. You will manage people, drive automation, and collaborate with Treasury, Finance, and internal auditors to ensure accuracy and strong controls.

Qualifications

• Experience leading AP teams across multiple APAC countries.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• SOX, GAAP knowledge and P2P process understanding.
• Experience with distributed teams and data-driven management.

Responsibilities

• Lead APAC Accounts Payable across 8–10 countries.
• Define payment standards and controls with Treasury and Global POC.
• Hire, onboard, set goals, and manage performance.
• Drive process improvements and automation.
• Ensure compliance and protect company assets.
