Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to handle invoices, 3-way matching, and accounts payable processes in Singapore. You will post vendor invoices and employee expenses into the accounting system, reconcile supplier balances, and assist with period-end close.

Responsibilities include preparing AP aging, running monthly payments, bank reconciliations, posting recurring and ad-hoc journal entries, maintaining fixed asset records, cash flow forecasts, GST

Responsibilities

• Perform invoice processing and 3-way matching against Purchase Orders and Delivery Orders.
• Post vendor invoices and employee expense claims into the accounting system.
• Reconcile vendor accounts, AP subledger and intercompany balances.
• Prepare AP aging reports and monthly payment runs.
• Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations and follow up on outstanding items.
• Prepare and post recurring and ad-hoc journal entries.
• Maintain fixed asset records and support fixed asset reconciliation.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts, expense reports and management reports.
• Support GST, group reporting and audit requirements.
• Maintain customer and vendor accounts in the accounting system.
• Perform internal controls in accordance with company policies.
• Support job costing, project accounting and month-end closing activities.
• Assist with process improvements and other ad-hoc accounting duties
