Job summary

Big 3 Media, a Singapore-based creative video production house, is seeking an Animation Post Producer to oversee end-to-end animation-led and AI-enabled projects. The role requires strong production management, practical animation and post-production knowledge, and collaboration across creative, video, and account teams.

The position is based in Singapore and may require attendance at location shoots for animation or AI-production input.

Qualifications

3–5 years of relevant experience in animation, post-production, creative production, advertising or media.
Experience managing animation or post-production projects from brief to delivery.
Practical understanding of the animation production pipeline, including planning, asset prep, production, reviews, revisions and final delivery.

Responsibilities

Own animation-led and AI-enabled projects from kickoff to final delivery.
Translate briefs into production plans, workflows, milestones and deliverables.
Develop and manage project timelines and allocate resources to meet deadlines.
Provide practical guidance on feasibility and production approach; ensure creative intent is maintained.
Collaborate with creative, video, post-production and account teams throughout the lifecycle.
Attend location shoots when animation or AI input is required on set.
Anticipate risks and manage scope changes, timelines and assets while communicating with stakeholders.
