Job summary

NParks is seeking a coordinating role to support The Animal Lodge (TAL) operations and engagement initiatives. You will assist with tenancy, estate management and organizing engagement sessions while handling administration tasks.

The role requires strong communication, team collaboration, and a positive, energetic attitude. You will engage with animal groups, tenants, and the public, including occasional outdoor work and after-hours duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in volunteer coordination, outreach, community engagement and partnerships will be an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Independent and able to work effectively with others in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Support tenancy, projects and estate management work at The Animal Lodge (TAL).
• Coordinate engagement sessions and perform general administration tasks.
• Engage tenants and the public on TAL-related matters and manage feedback.
• Coordinate with stakeholders such as animal groups, contractors and tenants to ensure smooth operations.
