Job summary

MicroSec is hiring a frontend UI/UX designer to build modern, responsive interfaces for IoT cybersecurity products. You will collaborate with design and engineering teams to translate product capabilities into intuitive web experiences across browsers and devices.

We expect 2–3 years of hands-on Angular and JavaScript/TypeScript experience, plus Docker, Git CI/CD, and strong HTML5/CSS skills. The role operates in an Agile Scrum environment with tests in lab and field settings.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of production-level experience with Angular.
• 2–3 years of production-level experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
• Experience with Docker and implementing Git CI/CD pipelines.
• Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and the UI/UX design process.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop front-end interfaces for MicroSec's IoT cybersecurity products.
• Collaborate with the core design team to understand product capabilities, backend interfaces, and security requirements.
• Work in an Agile Scrum environment, delivering frequent, incremental updates to the products.
• Support full-stack and other engineers in testing, including laboratory and field testing as required.

The ideal candidate will also support full-stack and other engineers in testing, both in the laboratory and in the field as required.

Who you are

• 2-3 years of production-level experience with Angular is must
• You have 2-3 years of production-level experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks,
• You are experienced in working with Docker and implementing Git CI/CD pipelines
• You possess working knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and the UI/UX design process
• You are familiar with Apache/Nginx, RESTful APIs, JSON, OpenAPI/Swagger specifications, and Git
• You have experience with SharePoint, mocking and testing frameworks, and dependency injection
• You are comfortable working in a Linux environment
• You have a working knowledge of DevOps and experience in building production environment systems
