Job summary

Cloudsine Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a hands-on engineering leader to own delivery of our AI security roadmap, including WebOrion and TraceCtrl.

You will design, build, and ship features end-to-end across frontend and backend and mentor junior engineers. You will work with the Software Engineering Manager and Product Manager to translate roadmaps into scalable designs, write quality code, and help productionize research findings into robust product features for enterprise and public

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
• 2–6 years of professional full-stack software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with a modern frontend framework (React/Vue) and backend language (Python/Go/Node.js).
• Solid understanding of REST/GraphQL APIs and cloud-native deployment (AWS).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts or cybersecurity fundamentals is a plus.
• Able to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Engineering Manager and Product Manager to translate roadmaps into technical designs and releases.
• Write clean, well-tested code and participate in code reviews to raise the bar.
• Work with the Lead Cyber Researcher to productionize detection techniques into robust product features.
• Partner with DevOps on deployment, observability, and performance of services.
• Support Enterprise & Public Sector customization requests as needed.
• Take ownership of modules or services and ensure long-term technical health and scalability.
• Contribute to architecture discussions and mentor juniors as the team grows.
• Stay current with modern web, cloud, and AI/security engineering practices.

Our flagship software, WebOrion® (https://www.weborion.io), is already trusted and used by large enterprise customers such as Banks, Government, Telcos, and Large Forbes Global 2000 companies spread across Asia including Australia, Indonesia, India, Philippines, Hong Kong and Singapore.

Now, we're taking on the next frontier: building an AI Security Platform to defend against AI attacks such as Prompt Injection, Image Poisoning, etc from OWASP Top10 for LLM. What you will be working on:

• Design, build, and ship features end-to-end across the frontend and backend of CloudsineAI's product suite, including WebOrion® and TraceCtrl
• Work closely with the Software Engineering Manager and Product Manager to turn roadmap items into well-scoped technical designs and shipped releases
• Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code, and participate actively in code reviews to help raise the bar across the team
• Collaborate with the Lead Cyber Researcher to help productionize research findings - turning detection techniques and security models into robust, scalable product features
• Work with DevOps on deployment, observability, and performance of the services you build
• Support the Technical Director on technical implementation for Enterprise & Public Sector customization requests wherever needed
• Take ownership of specific product modules or services, including their long-term technical health and scalability
• Contribute to technical architecture discussions and help mentor more junior engineers as the team grows
• Stay current with modern web, cloud, and AI/security engineering practices

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
• 2–6 years of professional full-stack software development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with a modern frontend framework (e.g. React, Vue) and backend language (e.g. Python, Golang, Node.js/TypeScript)
• Solid understanding of REST/GraphQL API design, databases (SQL and/or NoSQL), and cloud-native deployment (AWS)
• Comfortable working with CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts or cybersecurity fundamentals is a strong plus, given our GenAI security domain
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively across product, research, and delivery teams
