Job summary

Synapxe is seeking a data and analytics leader on a 2-year direct contract to partner with business stakeholders to identify, prioritise and implement analytics use cases while driving platform adoption.

You will serve as the business lead for the enterprise data and analytics platform, translate objectives into analytics projects, conduct POCs, and establish AI governance policies to maximise value and ensure governance compliance across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, CS, Analytics or Engineering.
• Experience in data-driven initiatives and analytics projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Project management capabilities.
• Ability to translate complex topics for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics use case identification, prioritisation and delivery with business stakeholders.
• Drive enterprise data and analytics platform adoption and maximize business value.
• Conduct POCs to validate business value and explore new data sources.
• Oversee operationalisation with system integration and stakeholder adoption.
• Establish AI and data governance policies and processes.
• Implement AI governance principles across the product lifecycle.
