Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to drive enterprise data and analytics initiatives. You will lead a team of Data Analysts and partner with product owners, business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver production‑ready analytics solutions.

Focus areas include integrating ERP data, building customised reports, and leveraging Azure Data Factory, Snowflake and Databricks to process enterprise data. Strong SQL/R/Python and BI tool experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in advanced analytics or data science.
• Leadership of Data Analysts in an Agile environment.
• Strong ability to gather requirements and translate into technical solutions.
• Experience with analytics platforms and data integration with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead Data Analysts within an Agile product team from concept to production.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into data solutions.
• Design data pipelines, models, reports and dashboards for production use.
• Consolidate data from SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Use Azure Data Factory, Snowflake and Databricks for data processing.
• Create dashboards/reports with Power BI or Tableau for users.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance the analytics platform.
• Monitor and improve accuracy and impact of analytics solutions.
• Provide maintenance and operational support for data platforms.
