Job summary

We. Communications seeks an Analyst to help turn research, data and insight into sharp, evidence-led thinking for clients. It is a formative role for someone curious, sharp and eager to learn the craft of corporate advisory from the ground up.

You'll work alongside senior advisors on moments that define institutions and leaders, developing across capabilities, sectors and the analytical, writing and client skills that define a career in this field, powered by our Advisory Intelligence Suite.

Qualifications

• A Diploma or Bachelor's in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• A PR or communications professional with up to 2 years’ experience.
• A sharp, analytical mind, you enjoy making sense of complexity and finding the signal in the noise.
• Strong writing. You are able to express ideas clearly, concisely and with care.
• Genuine curiosity about business, reputation, politics, media and the forces shaping the region.
• Rigour and attention to detail. You take pride in getting things right.
• Competent with data and research tools is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Research and intelligence: Gather, synthesise and interpret information from across media, data and stakeholder landscapes—building the evidence base that informs our strategies and helping our thinking stay data-driven and insight-led.
• Writing and content development: Draft clear, well-structured materials—briefing notes, research summaries, stakeholder analyses and elements of client deliverables—learning to write with the precision and authority our work demands.
• Honing the Advisory craft: Partner closely with Senior Analysts and work directly with Associate Directors and above, absorbing how senior counsel is formed and delivered across complex, high-stakes mandates.
