Job summary

Edelman Intelligence offers a six-month, full‑time internship in Singapore for aspiring researchers and analytics enthusiasts. You’ll gain hands‑on experience across primary, secondary, and AI‑assisted research, building foundations in data collection, dashboards, and insights storytelling.

Mentored by experienced researchers, you’ll contribute to client projects, support research design and analysis, and participate in cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Social Sciences, Communications, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Interest in data, research, and how AI can enhance insights.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office; bonus if you’ve dabbled in Power BI, Tableau, or social listening platforms.
• Exposure to data analysis, statistics, or research methods is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project coordination and research execution — from scoping to delivery.
• Support research design, data collection, quality control, and analysis.
• Contribute to both qualitative and quantitative research efforts.
• Use AI‑enabled tools for media monitoring, sentiment analysis, and trend detection.
• Help configure and optimize dashboards and automated reporting tools.
• Analyze media and social content for key metrics (e.g., sentiment, influencers, messaging).
• Conduct desk research and landscape reviews to support strategic insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Strong organizational, communication, and writing skills.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office; bonus if you’ve dabbled in tools like Power BI, Tableau, or social listening platforms.
• Exposure to data analysis, statistics, or research methods (qual or quant) is a plus.
• Experience with SPSS, Python, or other analytics tools is a bonus – but not required.
