Job description

We are the advisory practice of We. Communications, built in Asia for the region’s realities. We help leaders anticipate risk, navigate their highest-stakes moments, and prove the commercial value of reputation. Our work spans reputation strategy, high-stakes communications and stakeholder management — for financial institutions, energy and technology companies, governments and national enterprises, and the brands shaping the region.

We believe reputation is built long before it’s tested. That belief shapes how we work: rigorously, with foresight, and grounded in evidence rather than instinct.

PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION

As an Analyst, you are the foundation of our rigour. You'll help build the intelligence that anchors our counsel, turning research, data and insight into the sharp, evidence-led thinking our clients rely on. It's a formative role for someone curious, sharp and eager to learn the craft of corporate advisory from the ground up.

You'll work alongside senior advisors on the moments that define institutions and leaders. Along the way, you'll develop across all three of our capabilities, build fluency in the sectors we serve, and grow the analytical, writing and client skills that define a career in this field. You'll also build rare skills at the intersection of intelligence, strategy and communications, powered by our proprietary Advisory Intelligence Suite, as part of an ambitious team in a Company that invests in its people and takes pride in doing exceptional work together.

Beyond the licence to operate, we help leaders lead with confidence.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Writing and content development
  • Draft clear, well-structured materials — briefing notes, research summaries, stakeholder analyses and elements of client deliverables — learning to write with the precision and authority our work demands.
Honing the Advisory craft
  • Partner closely with Senior Analysts and work directly with Associate Directors and above, absorbing how senior counsel is formed and delivered across complex, high-stakes mandates.
QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Rigour and attention to detail. You take pride in getting things right.
