5G-Starlink Pte. is seeking an Analyst - IT Project to monitor systems, verify availability, and support security and networking tasks. You will assist with VPN/firewall configurations, LAN/WAN planning, and OS management while coordinating with users on specifications and security needs.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, networking fundamentals, and relevant certifications (CCNA/CCNP/MSCE) with hands-on IT support experience in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent technical knowledge of computer hardware.
• Working knowledge of current protocols, standards, and operating systems (Windows 10/7/8, Windows Server 2012/2016/2019).
• CCNA, CCNP and MSCE certifications in IT infrastructure.
• Microsoft 365 Certified Professional.
• Software and hardware troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of routers, switches and firewall configurations.
• Strong networking fundamentals and troubleshooting abilities.

Responsabilités

• Performing daily system monitoring and verifying availability of hardware, systems and applications.
• Reviewing system and application logs to ensure integrity.
• Confer with users to establish system specifications and security requirements.
• Plan and test PC/server hardware, software, LAN/WAN networks, and OS management.
• Establishing and securing Internet Gateway with Firewall and VPN integration.
• Maintain organization communication systems (telephones, mobile devices).
• Prepare users by designing training programs and providing references.

Responsibilities Assumed:

• Performing daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, systems and applications, reviewing system and application logs
  


• Establishing system specifications by conferring with users, analyzing workflow, access, information, and security requirements
  


• Establishing a system by planning and executing the selection, installation, configuration, and testing of PC and server hardware, software, LAN and WAN networks, Operating System Management Systems, defining system and operational policies and procedures
  


• Establishing and securing the Internet Gateway with a Firewall system, integrating the VPN system, defining Firewall policies and procedures
  


• Maintaining the organization s communication system such as telephones and mobile device management
  


• Preparing users by designing and conducting training programs, providing references and support
  


• Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities,reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, participating in professional organizationsExecuting the projects as an L1 in the team with guidance from the Associate (L2)

Prerequisites :

• Excellent technical knowledge of computer hardware
