Job summary

JLL in Singapore is seeking a Senior Analyst to contribute to the execution of buy and sell side transactions in the Singapore Capital Markets team. You will conduct financial modelling, cash flow analysis and market benchmarking to support proposals and client materials.

The role requires 2–3 years in real estate, strong analytical and reporting skills, and proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in business, finance or real estate
• 2–3 years' experience in real estate for Senior Analyst role
• Strong academic record in analytical/financial courses
• Excellent report writing and attention to detail
• Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and VBA is a plus

Responsibilities

• Involvement in buy and sell side transactional execution in Singapore Capital markets
• Perform financial modelling including DCF and comps analyses
• Review client/counterparty cash flow projections and support benchmarking analyses
• Prepare proposals and information packages for sell side transactions
• Assist with due diligence of documents and market research
• Contribute to pitch/marketing materials and other management tasks
• Assist with collective sale advisory and marketing of land and development sites

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Involvement in the execution of both buy and sell side transactional business in the Singapore Capital markets business;
• Conduct financial modelling, focusing on discounted cash flow analysis, sales comparable analysis, etc;
• Review client / operator's cash flow projections and support with benchmarking analyses;
• Assist in preparation of proposals, marketing materials / information package on sell side transactions
• Assist with due diligence of relevant documents (review of legal documents, title, management contracts, etc.); Research and analyse real estate market fundamentals;
• Assist with pitch / marketing documents and any other duties that management may reasonably require.
• Involvement in advising, organising and managing collective sale exercises of condominiums, commercial, industrial and mixed-use strata-titled developments.
• Assist in handling and convincing collective sale owners to part-take in their estates' collective sale exercises.
• Assist in the marketing and execution of land and collective sale development sites.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in relevant discipline such as business, finance and/or real estate;
• Relevant 2-3 years' experience in real estate for Senior Analyst position;
• Proven academic track record with strong performance in analytical and financial courses;
• Excellent report writing skills and attention to detail is essential;
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) (VBA and other software skills a plus);
