Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Analyst to support its research and strategy efforts across Asia Pacific with a special focus on the financial services sector. You will deliver high-quality research, craft narratives, and create compelling PowerPoint presentations for clients and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes collaboration with regional leaders, data visualization, and strategic thinking to drive growth within JLL’s Work Dynamics business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in research, insights, or thought leadership role.
• Experience in Financial services industry or related field.
• Commercial Real Estate experience desirable but not mandatory.
• Degree in Real Estate, Business, Economics, or related discipline.
• Proven track record delivering research influencing business strategy.
• Strong presentation skills addressing senior audiences.

Research & Strategy at JLL – Senior Analyst, Financial Services Focus

Support JLL’s business growth across Asia Pacific through client-centric research, industry insights, and strategic thought leadership focused on the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities

Research & Thought Leadership

• Deliver best-in-class research, content and insights supporting JLL’s Work Dynamics business and clients with special focus on financial services sector
• Analyze data to identify key trends and create compelling narratives for business stakeholders, clients and media
• Write reports on real estate trends and develop engaging PowerPoint presentations that tell coherent stories
• Ensure all deliverables align with business strategy and global research programmes
• Contribute to industry thought leadership positioning JLL as a market leader
  

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

• Engage directly with clients and prospects, providing analysis, strategic insights and recommendations
• Present findings and recommendations to senior internal stakeholders and external clients
• Manage relationships with business leaders across the Work Dynamics platform
• Support client-facing activities that differentiate JLL in the marketplace
  

Collaboration & Strategy

• Partner closely with regional Work Dynamics business leaders to support growth initiatives
• Connect and collaborate with broader research teams across Americas and EMEA
• Work with colleagues focused on industry sector research to share insights and best practices
• Contribute to strategic planning and execution aligned with business objectives
  

Data Analysis & Visualization

• Work with diverse data sources to extract meaningful insights on workplace and occupier trends
• Transform complex data into clear visualizations and compelling narratives
• Conduct analysis from macro-level industry insights to occupier-specific trends
• Maintain high standards of analytical rigor and quality control

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in research, insights, or thought leadership role
• Experience in Financial services industry or related field
• Commercial Real Estate industry or related field experience desirable but not mandatory
• Degree in relevant field (Real Estate, Business, Economics, or related discipline)
• Proven track record delivering research that influences business strategy
• Strong presentation skills with experience addressing senior audiences
