Job summary

NextLabs International Private Limited seeks a skilled marketing and analyst relations professional to strengthen relationships with industry analysts and drive AR programs aligned with GTM plans.

You will prepare analyst briefings, craft messaging, and collaborate with marketing to shape campaign narratives, write press materials, and manage media inquiries. Office-based in Singapore with opportunities to impact product positioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or related field.
• Experience in messaging architecture and analyst relations / PR.
• Proficiency with social media management, analytics and SEO/SEM.
• Ability to write about technical topics for non-experts.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key industry analysts.
• Develop and execute AR programs aligned with go-to-market plans.
• Prepare analyst briefings and messaging documents.
• Schedule and manage analyst briefings and advisory days.
• Create materials for analysts and inform product positioning and competitive strategy.
• Write press releases and executive quotes; respond to media inquiries.
• Develop FAQs, fact sheets, and talking points in collaboration with marketing.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key industry analysts
• Develop and execute AR programs aligned with corporate objectives and go-to-market plans
• Prepare analyst briefings and messaging documents
• Schedule and manage analyst briefings, inquiries, strategy sessions, and advisory days to ensure accurate and positive coverage
• Create tailored materials for analysts and leverage their insights to inform product positioning, messaging, and competitive strategy
• Write press releases and executive quotes
• Respond to media inquiries with on-brand soundbites
• Develop FAQs, fact sheets, and talking points
• Collaborate with marketing to shape campaign narratives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
• Experience in marketing messaging and developing messaging architecture
• Experience in analyst relations and PR
• Proficient in use of social media platforms, management tools, and analytics
• Able to write about technical topics to an uninformed audience
• Experience with implementation and use of email campaign management tools
• Experience writing in longform and blog style format
• Proficient knowledge of SEO and SEM
• Demonstrable graphic design skills (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva)
• Willingness to learn how to use new tools and programs
