CMB.TECH is seeking a highly motivated Ammonia Operations Manager for Asia Pacific. You will oversee shipping and chartering operations, coordinate with charterers, brokers, and technical teams, and ensure safe, compliant ammonia handling across voyages in the APAC region.

The role requires at least 5 years in ammonia shipping/chartering, fluency in Mandarin and English, and a strong commercial sense. You will report to senior leadership and work in an international environment.

Qualificações

• At least 5 years of relevant ammonia shipping/chartering experience.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
• Formal education in Business Administration, Economics, Trade or related field; Maritime or Chemical background is a plus.
• Strong understanding of ammonia shipping and chartering markets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-starter and team player in an international environment.

Responsabilidades

• Shipping & Chartering Operations management for Asia Pacific.
• Understand chartering market dynamics and support the closing of chartering deals, without sole responsibility for deal closure.
• Liaise with charterers, brokers, agents and technical managers to ensure smooth voyage execution.
• Oversee loading, discharging and ammonia bunkering/cargo operations in line with contractual and safety requirements.
• Act as the primary communicator between CMB.TECH and its Far East partners and investments.
• Support coordination on ammonia bunkering, trading and operational matters with Far East counterparties.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with Far East counterparties, ensuring clear and timely communication.
• Prepare regular trading and operational performance reports for the COO, CCO and CEO.
