• Support development and enhancement of policies across the transaction monitoring lifecycle.
• Coordinate with regional and global teams to implement transaction monitoring models.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders within Global Payments for operational efficiency.
• Conduct data interpretation and analysis with high accuracy and attention to detail.

About The Team

The Global Payment team provides payment and financial solutions -- including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and so on to ensure that our users have a smooth and secure payment experience on the TikTok platform.

We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth.

Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to compliance operations by implementing solutions in alignment with established policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with business units to understand business models and inherent risk exposures. Detect suspicious transactions and assist in developing effective transaction monitoring rules.
• Design and maintain monitoring effectiveness matrices and dashboards to assess rule performance.
• Support the development and ongoing enhancement of policies and procedures across the transaction monitoring lifecycle, including rule validation, system optimization, and underlying data analysis.
• Coordinate with regional and global teams to support the implementation and refinement of transaction monitoring models.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders within Global Payments to ensure operational efficiency and clearly defined responsibilities.
• Conduct data interpretation and analysis with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Curren Currently pursuing a Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Business, Finance, Law, Data Science or a related discipline.
• Internship experience in payment, data analysis, or related fields
• Strong data analytical skills and practical knowledge of SQL/Excel and other analysis tool
• Interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels
• Ability to work methodically and accurately
