About The Team The Global Payment team provides payment and financial solutions -

• including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and so on to ensure that our users have a smooth and secure payment experience on the TikTok platform.

We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands‑on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real‑world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to compliance operations by executing AML‑related tasks, identifying and documenting compliance risks, and implementing solutions in alignment with established policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with business units to understand business models and inherent risk exposures.

Detect suspicious transactions and assist in developing effective transaction monitoring rules.

• Design and maintain monitoring effectiveness matrices and dashboards to assess rule performance.
• Support the development and ongoing enhancement of policies and procedures across the transaction monitoring lifecycle, including rule validation, system optimization, and underlying data analysis.
• Coordinate with regional and global teams to support the implementation and refinement of transaction monitoring process.
• Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders within Global Payments to ensure operational efficiency and clearly defined responsibilities.
• Support operational projects through applied project management skills and effective execution.
• Conduct data interpretation and analysis with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, Data Science or a related discipline.
• Internship experience in payment, data analysis, or related fields
• Data analytical skills and practical knowledge of SQL/Excel and other analysis tool
• Interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels
• Effective problem solver and possesses excellent time management skills
• Ability to work methodically and accurately
