• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to fix and improve our products.
• Document development phases and monitor systems.

About The Team

The Global Payment team provides payment and financial solutions -- including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and so on to ensure that our users have a smooth and secure payment experience on the TikTok platform.

We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands‑on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real‑world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master degree in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Excellent programming, debugging, and optimization skills in one or more general purpose programming languages
• Strong communication and excellent teamwork skills; flexible and be a self‑starter
• Agile, quick self learner, highly self‑motivated with strong sense of product ownership and creative problem solver
• Good collaborator and team player, comfortable working in a fast moving, culturally diverse and globally distributed team environment

• Relevant internship experience with hands‑on exposure to the tech stack
• Interested in payment industry
