Job summary

Razer Inc. is seeking an Associate Operational Compliance Manager to lead day-to-day AML/CFT compliance operations and support broader regulatory compliance for its financial services activities.

Qualifications

• 6–7 years' experience in compliance, risk, or regulatory affairs within financial services.
• Experience with Money Services Business (MSB) is preferred.
• Familiarity with AML/CFT and sanctions screening requirements.
• Strong regulatory liaison, policy drafting, and stakeholder management skills.
• ICA/ACAMS certification an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day AML/CFT compliance operations.
• Support broader regulatory compliance for the regulated financial services business.
• Handle regulatory liaison and reporting to authorities.
• Develop and maintain customer due diligence and transaction monitoring processes.
• Coordinate regulatory returns and regulator queries or examinations.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess operational impact.
• Act as liaison with MAS and other authorities on compliance matters.
• Support audits and regulatory examinations.
• Embed compliance requirements into day-to-day operations.
• Deliver AML/CFT training and awareness sessions to staff.
